The Cultural and Educational Advancement Foundation, Incorporated, “CEAF” as it is commonly referred, exists for the sole purpose of improving the human condition through implementation and support of various community programs. These programs generate funds for scholarships; provide cultural enrichment and/or financial support to the community irrespective of race, religion or natural origin.
